description
Ofwat requires the delivery of 200 monitors to work with the Surface Pro 3 devices that it already uses. The monitors must be delivered with an invoice submitted before 31 March 2016. Ofwat has already tested samples of monitors in order to draft the specification that is part of this document.
SPECIFICATION
The Authority is seeking the delivery of 200 monitors in compliance with the Specification to be delivered within 10 working days of the date of the Order Form. The expected start and finish dates of the contract is 1 March 2016 to 14 March 2016 with an option to extend for a further 5 working days. The monitors are to be delivered to the following Ofwat addresses in the following quantities:
- – Centre City Tower, 7 Hill Street, Birmingham. B5 4UA
- - Bloomsbury House, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3HF
All quotations are to be sourced from lot 1 of the CCS, MoD and Pro5 technology products framework agreement (RM1054). In placing its bid the Potential Provider is confirming that it can meet the specification as specified in clause 3.
Along with the requirement to work with the Surface Pro 3 devices through the docking station and a 3 year onsite warranty the monitors supplied must as a minimum comply with the stated monitor specifications.
The Supplier is to specify the model and make of the monitor it is proposing to use and where requested provide a sample of two items for test by Ofwat. Where a sample does not comply with the specification then the offer cannot be accepted.
