The Oakington Tomato Farm is a former agricultural tomato and soft fruit farm that lies 4.3 miles north of Cambridge. The Site is circa. 6.41 hectares and consists of a former Tomato farm with circa 4 acres of glasshouses, several areas of former polytunnel runs and two residential properties with associated outbuildings.
The project encompasses the demolition of the former glasshouse and adjoining stores, as well as the removal of the slab and below ground membranes.
