A comprehensive translation and interpretation service that covers all communication needs including face to face and telephone interpretation, sign language and document translation. The provision of information can be in large print, audio, easyread (dyslexia friendly) and Braille. The service to comprise a streamlined web-based booking and tracking system that can be accessed directly by council officers.
