GB-Castle Point: Castle Point Planned Maintenance Contract 15/16

Minor planned maintenance repair works to 25 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough. The project includes repairs and/or replacement tasks including minor building repairs, brickwork/render repairs, external cladding, roof repairs, mechanical and electrical works, concrete repair (small), installation of internal fire doors, decoration works, paving improvements fire safety works, rainwater and soil goods, windows and external doors, disabled access improvements, flooring, fencing and some special investigation works as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works.

The tender return date is 12.00 noon Friday 21st August 2015. The tender period is 3 weeks.
