Introduction You are invited to respond to this Competition Pack for the provision of · Support & Maintenance to the Corporate Websites · Development of the Corporate websites · Hosting of the Corporate Websites (Varient) Of Bath and North East Somerset Council. The Council wishes to procure a Support, Maintenance & ad hoc Development Contract (Main) but may wish to procure, in addition, a hosting contract for its web sites (Variant). 1.2 Overview The Council wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of Support & Maintenance to the Council's Drupal Corporate Website. This is a services Contract and is below the threshold level for the EU Directives. However the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 guidelines will apply in terms of transparency and fairness to all tenderers. 1.3 Specification Overview Main Infrastructure/hardware support & maintenance Application management & support (including security patching) Drupal Development & consultancy Variant Website Hosting Objectives of the Contract Bath & North East Somerset Council are seeking Tenderer(s) who will display best value for money as well as provide added value. As per section one of this document, the contract will ultimately be let on the basis of the most economically advantageous Tender. Scope of Contract The scope of the contract will need to provide for the following: Management & support requirement Development & consulting requirements Security patching Hosting requirements, including DR, backup restore, high availability.(Variant) Consultancy
