APHA requires a Standard Agreement Service Contract for the Equipment. This shall include the following:
- Two (2) Preventative Maintenance visits.
- Unlimited Corrective Maintenance visits.
- All engineer travel and labour.
- All Repair Parts.
- Priority Response.
- Access to comprehensive technical advice via dedicated channels during Working Hours.
- Modification updates (excluding upgrades).
