Works at 4 locations:
- (i)Theatre Walk (passage between Market Street and Peter Street)
- (ii)Bus Station Area (Chapel Street)
- (iii)Seymour Street
- (iv)Fazakerley Street
Taking up existing kerbs, bituminous footway, small unit brick paving, sett paving, handrail, bollard & stone steps. Clearance of existing landscaped area.
Installation of granite kerbs, edgings, corduroy & blister paving & small unit precast concrete paving. Provision of handrail, pedestrian barrier & stone steps. Planting existing & two new landscaped areas. Turfing three new landscaped areas. Installation of boulder deterrent paving. Alterations to drainage. Replacement of utilities covers & frames with inset type. Provision of benches.
Additional information: 8-10 week procurement period on some materials.
