Reinstatement of Nightingale field hospital and vaccination centre back to advanced manufacturing space. The works include but are not limited to the following:
| • | Removal of all installed engineering services serving the field hospital (gas pipework/heaters, ventilation units/ductwork, medical gas pipework etc) |
| • | Widespread repairs to concrete floors in warehouse |
| • | Remove dirty utility rooms |
| • | Removal of underground drainage installation |
| • | Removal of hardstanding's, fencing, barriers etc |
| • | Removal of all partitions forming wards, lobbies, corridors etc |
| • | Reinstatement of office areas back to original configuration. |
| • | All making good and statutory certifications |
| • | Repairs internally and externally |
