The exports programme has responsibility for ensuring traders (those who export goods) are ready for the changes at the end of the transition period. This includes traders who export goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland and Great Britain to Europe. As part of the stakeholder engagement team, the post holder is required to manage requests for information from internal departments and projects, gross government bodies i.e. cabinet office, HMRC and from ministerial units in the form of letters and parliamentary questions.
