Kirklees Council has a statutory requirement under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (and any subsequent amendment) to collect and kennel any stray dogs found and/or reported within the boundary of Kirklees for a minimum of seven (7) clear calendar days.
Tenders were invited by the Council from Providers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of a Stray Dog Collection and Kennelling Service.
