Management Operator for Somerset Energy Innovation Centre Phase 2 (including ERDF funded project - Enterprise Hub @ SEIC 2) and Phase 3

Somerset County Council will be hosting a Supplier Event prior to the commencement of a procurement exercise to appoint a Management Operator to manage the operation and facilities management of Phases 2and 3 of the Somerset Energy Innovation Centre campus development on the Woodlands Court Business Park, Bristol Road, Bridgwater.

The intended procurement exercise will be appoint a Supplier or Suppliers in the capacity of Management Operator for the Somerset Energy Innovation Centre Buildings 2 & 3 (including The Enterprise Hub @ SEIC)

The Enterprise Hub @ SEIC is incorporated in Phase 2 of the Centre - this part has been funded by the ERDF2014-2020 programme and HotSW LEP Growth Deal funding.

The Management Operator will be responsible for the provision of:

• Facilities Management
• Business Support services for Tenants and Users

• Attendance - To register interest in this event use the EOI option on the eTender portal contact listing. The Council will contact interested Suppliers to confirm attendee details and provide directions.
