The University of West London invites tender submissions for a design and build tender for the Student Union Café incorporating a new kitchen to ground floor in the Park building, St Mary's Road, Ealing W5 5RF. The tendering contractor is to provide a full design, based on the employer's requirements within these documents. The contractors will be expected to provide a design solution to meet the Project Brief
The scope of works comprise the following key elements of the refurbishment works to The Park building as follows:
- Temporary hoardings / protections
- Minor Demolitions and alterations
- MEP strip-out
- Supply and installation of all kitchen equipment
- Supply and install of the main counter
- Architectural / Fabric works generally
- Supply and installation of all fire separation including fire curtains, shutters etc
- Connections to the fire alarm systems
