description

EAST MIDLANDS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY(EMLA) aims to source a provider or providers that will design, develop and deliver an EMCC Practitioner Level Coaching Qualification. The programme should be highly practical in nature, providing participants with the knowledge and tools to successfully deliver coaching to individuals who work across the health and social care system. This Invitation to Tender document aims to commission programme design and delivery for a minimum of one cohort composed of a maximum of 14 participants with the possibility of delivering further cohorts of the same number if it is determined that there is adequate demand.

** The maximum number of cohorts under this contract will be five over a three year period. Although this is subject to performance and demand from member organisations.

East Midlands Leadership Academy (EMLA) was conceived in 2009 by Chief Executives in the East Midlands, who saw the establishment of a membership Academy as the best way to develop leaders in the 38 East Midlands NHS organisations.
