Programme Support Officer

Establish and maintain controls, keeping the relevant team lead aware of status. Prepare performance reports, presenting statistics and researching new information.

Manage professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Support the maintenance of the stakeholder log for internal and external stakeholders. Act as the focal point for responses to requests for information.

Monitor spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets and the development of the business case. Ensures an accurate register is maintained.

Manage the project files using robust version control. Organise key meetings, events and provide secretariat support.

Build and nurture strong networks internally and externally to support sustained and value adding relationships for the programme.

Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
