Contract for the provision of enforcement agent services for the enforcement of council tax, non-domestic rates, business improvement districts (BID's), commercial rent, parking penalty charge notices, housing benefit overpayments, general sundry debts and debt recoveries on behalf of third parties undertaken by the Council.
The Council has split its requirement into 3 lots:
Lot 1 ? Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District Levies ? BIDs)
Lot 2 ? Sundry and Housing Benefit Overpayment Debts, Commercial Rents.
Lot 3 ? Parking Services.
