Children's Residential Home Services Pre Tender Supplier Engagement (1:1 Sessions)

Herefordshire has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier of residential children's care to support the Council with its continuing journey to improving outcomes for our cared for children and young people (CLA) and in meeting its sufficiency duty. The Council wishes to seek a Supplier to work with us and to deliver care and support to our CLA aged 11-18 years who require residential care. We have a small but stable demand for such provision for children and young people who have a range of social and emotional needs born out of traumatic life experiences (ACE: adverse childhood experiences). For clarity, this service is not for children whom have a primary need of disability and/or ASD.

Further to the market engagement undertaken in the Spring of this year Herefordshire Council is considering a tender to secure two children's homes within the county and would like to invite any suitably qualified providers to engage via 1:1 Meetings with council commissioners and officers.
