The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a long-term relationship with the successful Economic Operator and is therefore looking for a reliable company with a proven track record in the provision of Leasehold Properties Insurance

Evaluations will be undertaken by Marsh Ltd (who is facilitating the procurement on behalf of the Contracting Authority) in conjunction with the Contracting Authority. Both will follow a systematic and comprehensive process in accordance with the Contracting Authority's procedures and relevant legislation.
