Business Impact Analysis
To identify and define the specific Business Services for which recovery capabilities are required. The Supplier will conduct a structured in-depth review of all defined Ofwat Business Services and the supporting core functions which support all services.
IT strategy
The Supplier will support Ofwat to draft an IT strategy, identify where there are gaps in current knowledge and documentation and make recommendations on how to fill these.
Business Continuity Recommendations
The Supplier will support Ofwat to undertake the various recommendations made in the Business Continuity Project Report made under PROC.02.0097.
