Play Area Redevelopment - Kirton in Lindsey

This is an invitation to Tender for the Redevelopment of the Town Council's Play Area situated on the Town Green, King Edward Street, Kirton In Lindsey. The Tender is for the removal of old equipment, and provision, including installation of new play equipment for children with safety surfacing.

Proposals invited for refurbishment of Kirton in Lindsey Play Park at The Green, King Edward Street, Kirton in Lindsey. Proposals should include, but necessarily be limited to the items listed below. Quoted prices should be inclusive of all costs, equipment, materials, labour, insurances, staff provision, disposal of removed equipment and any other sundry items. Please include company information, specification and photographs of equipment items, visual representations / plans of the designs, details of warranty / guarantee, lead times and preferred payment terms for submitted proposals.

1st phase, Infant Play Park within Existing Railing Area

Removal of all old equipment except existing slide and embankment

Supply and installation of:

Two bay swing 1.8m high with cradle seats. Steel frame. Timber clad.

One bay me-to you swing 2.4m high (seat and chain supplied by Kirton Lindsey Town Council). Steel frame. Timber clad Stand in see-saw

Inclusive springer

Large multi-play unit to include at least slide, climbing net and pull up board

Pull-up climber, timber, 1m high, 500mm wide with timber uprights and rope (as access to existing slide on site)

Play boat (timber) and refurbishment of sand area

Surface matting around all equipment

2nd Phase, Junior / Teenage Park outside Railing Area

Removal of all old equipment except existing climbing frame.

Supply and installation of:

Adventure trail to include multiple sections including balance beams, rope walk, traverse net and stepping stones, etc Individual rotating platform items (similar to Kompan Spicas)

Zip wire@ 25m length

Multiplay Climber to include vertical chain wall, climbing bars, pull up bar, hammock net, slide etc Rotating cone climber

Basketball post & hoop

Three bay swing including basket swing and two flats

Rotator/Roundabout

Surface matting around all equipment
