Expression of Interest to Quote for Barbrook Sewage Treatment Plant - Remedial Works

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing manage a housing stock of approx. 4100 dwellings for Shropshire Council. Properties are tenanted, sheltered and supported housing stock throughout the rural towns and villages in and around Bridgnorth and Oswestry.

Applicants are invited to express an interest in providing a quote for replacement of sewage treatment plant outlet pipe and remedial works to reed bed at Barbrook, Neen Savage, Cleobury Mortimer, DY14 8JZ.

The works consist of replacing existing collapsed outlet pipe including manholes throughout the pipe run. Remedial works to the reed bed are limited to repairs to the perimeter wall which are cracked following issues with the outlet pipe from the system. The works are expected to cost in the region of £15 - 20K

Following the closing date of the Expression of Interest on Thursday 30th Sept 2021, all documents to allow quotes to be provided will be distributed.
