Service Contract for an Autoflex 11 Mass Spectrometer

This procurement is for the service of the Autoflex instrument, whihc is a MALDI-ToF spectrometer) This service is provided by the manufacturer of the instrument- Bruker.

This instrument is needed for three projects:-

1. FSA funded Campylobacter monitoring survey FS101126
2. To conduct the bacterial identification of ACDP 1 and 2 bacteria for test coded testsTC0878 and TC0879.
3. For the identification of antibiotic resistance bacteria in meat and caecal contents under projects FS2109, FZ2201, FZ2220 and FZ2230, which are also part of an ongoing EU survey funded by the FSA and VMD).
