TVCA has committed £20m to the sustainable growth of the creative & visitor economies. We are now seeking a consortium (or single bidder with relevant expertise) to develop four Foundation Frameworks which will inform the programme business case and underpin the approach to delivering the Growth Programme for the Creative and Visitor Economies. The four Foundation Frameworks are these are: a Cultural Industries: Sustainable Sector Growth Plan, a Capital Leverage Investment Framework, a Destination Management Plan and a Festivals & Events Framework.
