The City of Liverpool College - Electrical Testing

The College is seeking a contractor who can undertake the following scope of works: -

• oUndertake LV Network Drawings of the Electrical Installation in all buildings (achieving compliance with Reg 12 of EaWR 1989)
• oWhilst undertaking the drawings, undertake PFC & EFLI readings at the DBs (achieving compliance with Regs 5 & 8 of EaWR 1989)
• oIn line with the new 17th Edition carry out Visual Inspections of the DBs, highlighting dangerous electrical conditions (achieving compliance with Regs
• 10& 11 of EaWR 1989)
• oElectrical Danger Notifications generated on finding Code 1 & 2 Observations
• oManagement of the resulting Minor Works Certificates from Code 1 & 2 Observations, following completion of corrective actions by our in-house electrician or external contractors
• oLabels to be affixed and co-ordinated with the drawings (achieving compliance with Reg 12 of EaWR 1989) and also to ensure the DBs are traceable via sub-mains to the source of supply.
• oAdhesive Warning labels to be affixed to electrical equipment as necessary.
