Leisure Management Contract

The management and full service contract to develop and operate up to five (5) of the Council's sports and leisure facilities in line with the Councils strategic objectives for leisure.

The Council will be seeking innovative solutions to deliver key objectives, to secure investment and service improvements, to increase access to sport and leisure across the Council's demographic and to provide a substantially improved revenue position.

Lot 1 -

Windmill Hill Golf Centre, Tattenhoe Lane, Bletchley, MK3 7RB Woughton Leisure Centre, Rainbow Drive, Milton Keynes, MK6 5EJ Woughton on the Green Sports Pavilion, Milton Keynes, MK6 3EA Lot 2 -

Broughton Pavilion, Tanfield Lane, Milton Keynes, MK10 7NJ Brooklands Community Sports Pavilion, (to be completed by September 2015)

There is no restriction on tendering for both lots.
