To procure a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Media Management System to meet the requirements of the Communications Team within Gloucestershire County Council. To the council a COTS package means a solution already built and which will only require minor tweaks primarily concerning the required branding. For the avoidance of doubt, the council is not looking to procure a development contract. ITT available via Pro Contract
