De Montfort University, Leicester is seeking to appoint a Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of the Portland building.
The Contractor is required to carry out the refurbishment of the current space to provide teaching, laboratory and office space.
The proposed works are to include:
- oRemoval of asbestos, existing internal partitions and finishes
- oReplacement of windows
- oNew partitions where shown
- oNew floor finishes
- oDecoration
- oNew fixed furniture
- oAdaption of existing and new suspended ceilings
- oAdaption of existing and new Mechanical and Electrical installations
