Request for Information (RFI) - Addressable and Non-Addressable Change Intelligence

Ordnance Survey needs accurate, timely and frequent information on changes to the topography, in both the built and natural environment of Great Britain to update and maintain its databases. Ordnance Survey define this information as Change Intelligence; it is sourced from third-party data. Ordnance Survey is looking to enhance the temporal aspect of intelligence as well as utilise intelligence sources from the construction sector and planning approval data.

This RFI sets out Ordnance Surveys' requirements for the provision of Change Intelligence data and seeks to discover from potential suppliers what the market characteristics are, how requirements may be fulfilled and other specific information

In order to respond to this RFI, please complete the response sections at Appendix E and submit via In-Tend by no later than 20th December 2023 at 12:00pm identified with the Participant's company/organisation name. Participants are reminded to allow sufficient time in submitting their response prior to the closing date and time. In-Tend will not permit submissions after the stated deadline has passed.
