NOTE: This notice was updated on 11 December 2017 for the following reason: Extension of tender return deadlineChelmsford City Council has identified some disused land in Woodhall Road, Chelmsford, for the provision of Social Housing, and the Council is looking for the right partner to help turn this site in to a residential development that can be used to alleviate homelessness. Interested parties are asked to submit initial proposals for consideration by the Council which can then be shortlisted for further discussion.
