The appointment of Tremain Powell Partnership Ltd (TPP) as the Employers Agent at the
Airport rd development, where BCC are acquiring 79 affordable homes . TPP are appointed to
as Employers Agent to oversee the project to completion in March 2023 and have been
working on the project for a couple of years. The appointment is time sensitive, given these
time constraints, and TPPs existing knowledge of the scheme, direct appointment is
recommended.
