***Request for Quotation*** Taxi service for one day

Out Trust is looking to book a taxi service for a day to deliver two pickups on November 13th, 2021. This includes an early pick up from Farnham Road hospital as well as waiting at the airport to return to Guildford. The taxi needs to be a minivan as we will need plenty of space for luggage. The first trip will have two members of staff travelling to Heathrow, and the return to Guildford YMCA will have four members of staff plus luggage. The second trip will have two members of staff travelling to Heathrow and six returning to Guildford YMCA plus luggage.

First pick up, taxi for four, and plenty of space for luggage.

Pick-up - Farnham Road Hospital (two staff members to travel).Please confirm what time you will need to pick up to get to Heathrow in time for 5:30 in the morning.

Going to -London Heathrow (need to arrive there by 5:30 in the morning to greet two members of staff arriving in the UK)

Return -London Heathrow to Guildford YMCA. Four members of staff are to return to Guildford YMCA. The taxi will need to wait as the return will be soon after the pickup.

The Guildford YMCA

Second pick up, taxi for six, and plenty of space for luggage.

Pick-up - Farnham Road Hospital (two staff members).Please confirm what time you will need to pick up to get there on time for 15:30 in the afternoon.

Going to - London Heathrow (need to arrive there by 15:30 in the afternoon to greet four members of staff arriving in the UK)

Return -London Heathrow to the Guildford YMCA. Six members of staff are to return from London Heathrow to Guildford YMCA. The taxi will need to wait as the return will be soon after the pickup.
