The Supplier will work in collaboration with the HMPPS Social Enterprise Coordinator to cultivate an enterprise culture within establishments and to promote the ethos of the 'Innovation Unlocked' brand to increase sales and productivity.

The Supplier will provide an advisory service to staff and prisoners on design, manufacturing and sales. They will also deliver a series of Social Enterprise Innovation Workshops to generate business ideas to proof of concept. The allocation of workshops will be steered by the HMPPS Social Enterprise Co-ordinator.
