The North of Tyne Under the Stars events in January and February 2022
Services required
| • | Work with production manager, creative team and artists to confirm design and specification of technical systems for the 7 events |
| • | Produce detailed system specifications and drawings relating to the contract |
| • | Provide lighting and sound equipment as agreed for all events |
| • | Liaise with production manager and other contractors regarding required power supplies, structures etc |
| • | Provide technicians to install, program and run all technical systems |
| • | Supply detailed Risk assessments, method statements, associated H&S and environmental policy documents and evidence of staff competency associated with safe delivery where appropriate |
| • | Provide transport for all equipment to and from site in central Newcastle and travel for all staff |
