description

The purpose of this PIN is to inform market operators of a potential future exercise to procure a Digital Stakeholder Management System to support the North East and North Cumbria Secure Data Environment (NENC SDE).

NENC SDE is one of 11 regional programmes that is part of an NHS England national programme which aims to improve access to health and care data for research and development purposes. The major improvement programme provides an opportunity to create more effective, efficient and timely innovations, driving better health outcomes for the population.

To drive this change we require a Digital Stakeholder Management System to streamline and record all stakeholder engagement, projects, communication, feedback, issues and enquires. The system will be required to provide detailed demographics and mapping tools alongside an overview of the recorded interactions which will enable and support the NENC SDE Programme team to build relationships and deliver better outcomes.
