- Valuation report of St Andrews House.
- Build Cost Estimates to obtain a clear understanding of financial requirements for potential developments.
- Redevelopment Appraisal to identify redevelopment opportunities and mitigation of potential risks.
- Asset Management Strategy to inform the cost and delivery options associated with the site.
- Provide Holding Cost Estimates
- Dilapidation Liability Assessment.
- Phase 1 SI Study
- Project Management Fees associated with the coordination of the above activities.
