Cinema Seating Refurbishment for NFT1 and NFT2 at BFI Southbank

The current seating in BFI Southbank's main auditorium, NFT1, and the venue's second auditorium, NFT2 is in need of refurbishment.

Specification

NFT1

• oSite visit to survey all seating and provide recommendation on extent of refurbishment required.
• oFull refurbishment of 452 tip-up style cushioned cinema seats including new foam and new fabric.
• oReplacement metalwork where required.
• oTen additional seat backs, armrests and seats for use as spares.
• oRefurbish two current ushers seats with double arm rests
• oNon-organic fabric with stitched seat numbers, colour to be determined
• oMax backrest height 900mm

NFT2

• oSite visit to survey all seating and provide recommendation on extent of refurbishment required.
• oFull refurbishment of 149 tip-up style cushioned cinema seats including new foam and new fabric. Replacement metalwork where required.
• oFive additional seat backs, armrests and seats for use as spares.
• oRefurbish current ushers seat with double arm rests
• oNon-organic fabric with stitched seat numbers, colour to be determined.
• oMax backrest height 900mm
