The Strategic National Evaluation of the A Better Start Programme

The National Lottery Community Fund seeks to conduct a tender process to establish a Contract for the national evaluation of the A Better Start Programme. Details about the A Better Start Programme can be found at: https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/funding/strategic-investments/a-better-start.

Please note that participation conditions apply to this Tender process and those wishing to take part must first qualify to do so, as part of a qualification stage. Further details regarding this can be found within the associated tender documents.

As a follow on from the advance notice to support your planning provided within the PIN, the Contracting Authority confirms its intention to conduct a tender launch virtual session on 1st October 2020 at 10.30 am and invites all interested parties to attend.

The session will be conducted via Microsoft teams and joining instructions are provided within tender document entitled 'Qualification Participation Instructions'.

The purpose of this session is to summarise the key elements of the information contained within the tender documents made available. Interested parties will also have the opportunity to ask questions about this tender process and resulting contract.

Please note that the session will be recorded, and any PowerPoint slides presented by The Contracting Authority will be made available to all parties, via the E-tendering portal being utilised for this tender process, Bravo Solutions. A record of all questions asked, and answers provided during the session will also be made available via Bravo Solutions. (subject to confidentiality). Responses to any questions taken away to be answered following the session will also be provided (subject to confidentiality), as soon as available, via Bravo Solutions. Attendance at this session is not compulsory or a condition of your participation within this tender process.

Please note that the deadline for responses to the qualification stage is Midday 27th October.
