Grounds Maintenance Service

Onward are out to Tender to select Service Provider(s) for their Grounds Maintenance Service, throughout the Onward Estate. The Service, as defined in the Contract Conditions, includes the grounds maintenance of communal open spaces within the boundaries of land under the ownership of Onward Group, including General Needs and Leasehold Housing along with Sheltered Housing Schemes.

The services required by Onward broadly comprise of:

Grass Cutting

Hedge Maintenance

Litter Picking/Fly Tip Collection

Hard Surface Sweeping and Weed Control

Planted bed maintenance

Winter Gritting

Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to "Express Interest" upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.

When the tender documents have been made available, involved candidates will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the "My Tenders" area of this website by selecting the "View Details" button of this project.

Expressions of Interest will only be accepted until 7th September 2020 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 7th September 2020.
