Project_4692 - Digital Adoption Trials

The Department for Business and Trade would like to understake a recruitment trial and an advice trial. The requirement is, to evaluate the effectiveness of different advisory approaches and recruitment strategies, to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increase their levels of digital adoption.

The requirement and subsequent contract shall be for a period of two (2) years and two (2) months, with the option to extend by six (6) months. The estimated value for the contract is £500,000.00 for the initial contract period and is exclusive of VAT. If the contract is extended, the estimated value for the extension period will be £110,000.00 and is exclusive of VAT.

This Procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 under the under the CCS Framework RM6126 Research & Insights. Tenderers can submit a tender as part of a proposed consortium or with named sub-contractors, but the tender must be submitted by a single legal entity that will represent the consortium or group of economic operators.
