To design, build, operate and manage a nursing home with a mix of frail elderly nursing needs and nursing dementia needs, on land at Dwyer Road in Reading.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by the Authority in connection with a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ‘the light touch regime’. The procurement will be conducted as set out in the procurement documents.

The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
