DUD- Installation Only of Composite Doors, Fire Doors, Window Surveying Service, Supply and Installation of PVCu Windows & Associated Brickwork Repairs 2020-2025

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council ("the Council") wishes to contract for works with regards to Installation Only of Composite Doors, Fire Doors, Window Surveying Service, Supply and Installation of PVCu Windows & Associated Brickwork Repairs ("the Supplier"), to provide the Service as set out in the Specification of this Contract ("the Contract")

This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password.

Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under tenders, my tenders on the menu. The tender should be received no later than 28.02.2020 at 12.00 and will be available for download until 23.59 on 27.02.2020 URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk. To access documents bidders are required to register with the website.

This may be done in 2 ways:

Companies who have previously registered with the website will be invited to input their login detail. Once an expression of interest has been accepted by the system, users must log back into the system to access documents. Now they will appear under the my tenders tab.

The Council expressly reserves the right:

1. Not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice;
2. To make whatever changes it sees fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition;
3. To award contracts in respect of any parts of the requirement covered by this notice; and
4. To award contract(s) in stages and in no circumstances will the Council be liable for any costs incurred by candidates.
