| WE seek to procure | Project Description: The overall project consists of the following scope within new permanent buildings: |
| ï§ | 6 classrooms for the Junior School in a new two storey block |
| ï§ | 1 new classroom for the infant school |
| ï§ | New stand-alone 'garden room' group room for the infant school |
| ï§ | Internal reconfiguration works to the Junior Hall, WCs and link |
| ï§ | Internal reconfiguration works associated with linking the new infant's classroom to the existing infants building |
| ï§ | Demolition of the existing temporary classrooms on both sites |
| ï§ | Landscaping around the new classrooms and in the location of the existing classrooms post demolition |
The existing mobile classrooms will remain in use until the new building is provided. The school is not expanding, the project is to replace existing failing mobiles.
