Scope of Works
Concrete repairs are required to a concrete culvert located beneath the carriageway on Epinal Way.
The proposed repair works will include the following tasks:
⬢ Design (including applications for all permits), setup, maintenance of Traffic Management
⬢ Removal of delaminated and deleterious concrete from the deck soffit.
⬢ Treatment/replacement of corroded reinforcement steels.
⬢ Installation of galvanic anode protection.
⬢ Application of a cementitious repair mortar.
Please note: The Contractor is to provide all works to deliver the scheme in its entirety.
All Dutyholders to fulfil their roles and responsibilities as defined in CDM Regulations 2015.
