CORP - Lancashire Growth Deal Economic Development Business Case Appraisal

LCC is inviting tenders for the independent scrutiny of economic development Business Case appraisals for the Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP) in support of the Growth Deal programme, as well as any other supplementary economic analysis and evaluation services required as part of the on-going review of the Strategic Economic Plan that will add value to the LEP's growth programme and an understanding of the impact and benefits of project activity.

LCC is seeking to appoint a number of consultancy service providers via a Framework Agreement. LCC expects to have no fewer than three suppliers on the framework and no more than five. Once the Framework Agreement is in place, LCC will conduct mini-competition exercises between Consultants whenever it requires the services within the scope of the Framework Agreement. All those Consultants will be invited to bid, and no others, with the exception being where any Consultant has contributed to the development of a particular Business Case to be appraised. In those instances, the relevant Consultant will not be allowed to bid.

The framework contract is a two year contract with the option to extend for up to a further year.
