Fire Door Works

Bernicia are looking for contractors to work with us on completing Fire Door replacement and repairs across our property portfolio, this includes but is not limited to:

• oFull survey of all doors,
• oProvision of repair breakdown with associated cost,
• oProvision of cost to replace doors which cannot be repaired i.e. PVCu doors etc.
• oDoor replacement specification to be beech veneer, FD30(s) fire door sets (BM Trada or equivalent), like for like in terms of usage, and to current standards such as BS476 Pt22, BS8214, BS EN1634-1 and BS9999.
• oWillingness to work with and upload all associated works to Fire Door Manager for sign off.

The contract on offer is for a minimum of 12 months to cover work already identified but for the right bidder(s) there will be the opportunity to work with us on developing our ongoing programme which potentially will run over the next three years.
