Communal Aerial Systems Servicing and Maintenance

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of communal aerial systems servicing and maintenance within the borough of Swindon.

Project Description

Swindon Borough Council request a quotation (RFQ) for the repair and maintenance of TV aerial and satellite dish systems and for the annual service and maintenance of TV aerial and satellite dish system fitted to communal housing blocks owned by SBC and located in sheltered housing schemes, OAP Bungalows and tower blocks throughout the Borough of Swindon.

The initial contract term will be for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months (1 periods of 12 months) for a potential total contract term of 3 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £ 20,000 and £36,000 across the initial 2 year contract term and between £30,000 and £54,000 across the potential total 3 year contract term.

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 27th July 2020 at 12:00:00 Noon UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
