GB-London: Corporate Services Benchmarking Review

The CMA is considering the options to evolve and optimise its Corporate Services functions over the next 3-5 years, including consideration of a move towards increased use of shared services. In order to aid our analysis, we are looking to undertake a benchmarking exercise of our Corporate Services directorate, comparing the size, service and output provided by the different functions with other similar size and types of organisations. We would also like to understand the different service that could be offered should the size of the Corporate Services functions be scaled up or down.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
