description
The Council is currently out to tender for Short Term Enablement Services for Adults with Learning disabilities and/or autism. The service will provide both planned and urgent short term enabling support and will therefore support people with planned skill development and provide support to people to resolve short term issues and challenges. Providers will work in partnership with the County Council over the life of the contract to explore and develop the service model, including working in partnership with other commissioned service providers and work collaboratively to design the future service requirement for short term support for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health problems and other needs.
The deadline for the Selection Questionnaire is Thursday 4 January 2018.
