Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Construction of a single-storey cavity masonry extension with roof along with internal reconfiguration works, under JCT Minor works with Contractors Design Portions.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
