MBC Gardening Contract for Temporary Accommodation and MPH communal spaces

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to procure a gardening contract for both its temporary accommodation properties and the communal spaces for Maidstone Property Holdings Properties (MPH).

The gardens in temporary accommodation units are a mix of private residential and communal spaces with service requirements ranging from basic patio weeding to full-scale landscaping. These properties could have tenants in situ, and access may be required through the property if there is no rear access available. The Maidstone Property Holdings areas are largely communal spaces with the need for basic maintenance.

Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm 24th January 2025

Evaluation: w/c 27th January – 7th February 2025

Appointment of contractor: w/c 10th February 2025

Contract Start Date: 1st March 2025
