description
The council and its housing delivery vehicles are proactively exploring a number of
development on land assets owned by South Holland District Council. These opportunities will serve to support the council in its aims of increasing the supply of new housing in the district for the benefit of local communities.
In order to achieve the council's housing delivery ambitions, the authority is seeking to procure the services of an Architect to assist in the delivery of approximately 70 homes across three initially identified sites in the district. It is anticipated that each site will be run as an independent project but will maintain the same core team of designers and consultants to provide consistency. The three sites currently under consideration will be subject to scrutiny and review at selected gateways in line with the Councils governance process. It is anticipated that additional sites may be added to the programme as identified and it should also be noted that all sites may not progress beyond appropriate gateways should they not receive support.
